Tournament listings
When an organizer publishes a tournament, SGP stores the submitted tournament details. The tournament or organization name, phone number, sport, location, dates, format, entry-fee information and optional details are displayed publicly. A personal organizer name is not requested or displayed.
The organizer email is optional and is not included in the public listing. Technical anti-spam records may include a one-way hash of the submitting network address.
Calls and WhatsApp
Call and WhatsApp buttons open the visitor’s phone or WhatsApp application. Any account name, profile image or other information shown after that point is controlled by the organizer and the relevant application, not by SGP.
Listing duration and reports
Community listings automatically disappear after the organizer-selected period of 1–14 days. Visitors may report suspicious or incorrect listings. Reports are reviewed manually and do not automatically remove a listing.
Auction data
Auction progress is saved locally in the organizer’s browser so an interrupted auction can resume. SGP does not receive the player list, phone numbers, ages, bids or team data through the auction tool. Organizer Excel files and team PDFs are created in the browser.
Analytics
SGP uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand page visits and feature usage. The site may record events such as auction starts, tournament publication, calls, WhatsApp clicks and report downloads.
